The role of the SML Board is to govern SML on behalf of its shareholders, and to represent, serve, protect and promote the interests of SML’s shareholders and stakeholders.

Finance, Audit and Risk (FAR) Committee Charter
This Charter sets out how the FAR Committee assists and advises the Board in discharging its duties in relation to:(i) SML’s financial management and financial integrity
(ii) SML’s risk and compliance

Sustainability Committee Charter
This Charter sets out how the Sustainability Committee assists and advises the Board in discharging its duties in relation to:(i) SML’s performance with respect to its Sustainability strategy and broader sustainability areas of focus
(ii) SML’s management of Sustainability risks, and
(iii) any other matter referred to it by the Board or the Finance, Audit, Risk and Remuneration Committee

People and Remuneration Committee Charter
This Charter sets out how the People and Remuneration Commitee assists and advises the Board in discharging its duties in relation to(i) SML’s people and culture management
